Cult Form offers a free 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date on all orders placed at cult-form.com* .

All products that are sold on our website can be exchanged or returned within this time frame, even if they are discounted.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns with the shipping company that provides the return waybill. All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag). Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label.

Please note that all purchased items must be returned in their original packaging. Items returned in alternative packaging will be automatically rejected.

How do I return my order?

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).

Return labels must be used within 7 days from the date they are received and cannot be reissued. Each label is valid for a single use and only for the approved items. Please ensure the return is completed within this timeframe.

Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label. Cult Form cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier.

Do I need to pay if I want to return my order?

Returns are free of charge, except for certain special sales. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Did you receive my returned order?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. We kindly invite you to keep the tracking number for your return, in order to track the returned order.
