Cult Form offers a free 14-day exchange policy from the delivery date on all orders placed at cult-form.com* .

Since our products are made-to-order, we want to provide an ethical working space and conditions for our artisans, so there are no returns on our products, we only accept exchanges.

All products that are sold on our website can be exchanged within this time frame, even if they are discounted.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer free exchange with the shipping company that provides the exchange waybill. All products may be exchange within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag). Please kindly note that we only accept exchange using the provided prepaid label.

Please note that all purchased items must be exchange in their original packaging. Items exchange in alternative packaging will be automatically rejected.

How do I exchange my order?

All products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag).

Exchange labels must be used within 7 days from the date they are received and cannot be reissued. Each label is valid for a single use and only for the approved items. Please ensure the exchange is completed within this timeframe.

Please note that all exchange must be sent using the prepaid label. Cult Form cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier.

Do I need to pay if I want to exchange my order?

Exchange are free of charge, except for certain special sales. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Did you receive my exchanged order?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the exchange is processed. Please note that the exchanged amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. We kindly invite you to keep the tracking number for your exchange, in order to track the exchanged order.
